Hi, I’m Ruben — thinker, father, and founder of mā.

I started this blog to keep my mind engaged in a world where more and more thinking is being done for us, and to start a dialogue with those who see the world in similar ways. I’m a techno-optimist and see tremendous beauty in artificial intelligence — but to meet its transformative promise, it must be approached deliberately, through a far more philosophical lens, well beyond the theatre and gold rush that color today’s discourse.

I intent to keep it a quiet space, an extension of my brain: thoughts on life, venture, consciousness, humanity, sentience, and mā in a post-AI reality.
